Do you want to know what the consequences are? It happens to be that your sense of hot versus cold is damaged. When it’s not even fifty degrees out you think it’s warm.
Seriously. I was outside today, it wasn’t even fifty degrees, and I had thrown off my coat and was ready to get out the sidewalk chalk and ride my bike. And the California branches of the Jones Clan, and especially the Arizona branch, would have been bundled in coats and scarves, hats and gloves, boots and socks and been about to walk out and get firewood. It’s sad. I can seriously call fifty degrees warm? Well, that’s what you get for moving northeast. But that wasn’t my decision. If it were up to me, we’d be living in Santa Rosa, near Grandma and Grandpa and the Larsons. Most unfortunately, it is not up to me. So we’re not. But hey, we have decent summers and nice springs. Although the summers are a bit humid. Well, really humid, I guess.
So I have posted enough about weather. I just looked at the Mac (I’m posting on the PC) and Allie just looked up ‘hemidemisemiquaver’. It’s a really funny-sounding word that’s another name for a sixty-fourth note.
Buckminsterfullerene
Sorry. Just another of the ‘top 10 unusually long and interesting words’ on M-W.
So this evening around four thirty I skillfully found all five pages of Don’t Stop Believing. Yes, all five. And I practiced over and over and didn’t want to get off. And all the repeats and endings are super confusing, but I got it anyway. It sounds pretty good.
The Activity Day boys came over. They decorated cookies. Since I’m still in Activity Days, until November, even though I’m not a girl boy I got to do it anyway. They were sugar cookies. They were GOOD! And I had fun.
Well, I can’t think of any more things to say.
I hope spring comes soon or I might go crazy:( Winter is unusually long (and COLD) this year. :/
Bye.
